UJI STABILITAS FISIK FORMULASI SEDIAAN PATCH ANTIACNE KOMBINASI EKSTRAK ETANOL BUAH KURMA SUKKARI (Phoenix dactylifera) DAN MADU MURNI (Honey bee)

Masalah kulit yang sering banyak dialami dan dikeluhkan oleh orang adalah jerawat atau disebut juga acne vulgaris. Sekitar 80-85% masyarakat di Indonesia mengalami masalah ini. Salah satu penyebab dari vulgaris bakteri Propionibacterium acne. Telah dilakukan penelitian berjudul Formulasi Sediaan Patch Antiacne Kombinasi Ekstrak Etanol Buah Kurma Sukkari (Phoenix dactylifera) Dan Madu Murni (Honey bee) terhadap Pertumbuhan Acnes. Metode digunakan eksperimental dimana dibuat 5 formula sediaan patch terdiri dengan konsentrasi zat aktif ekstrak kurma sukari madu murni perbandingan 1:1 dalam 10%, 20%, 30%, kontrol negatif (tanpa aktif) positif (Oxy® Antibacterial Acne Patch) sebagai pembanding, kemudian evaluasi meliputi uji organoleptik, pH, keseragaman bobot, ketebalan patch, daya serap kelembaban serta cycling test. Hasil diperoleh kombinasi etanol dapat diformulasikan menjadi anti stabil secara kimia fisika. Kata kunci : Patch, vulgaris, Kurma, Madu.
